Prosport, a leading representative of Vietnam’s textile and garment industry, operates four factories with over 6,000 workers. As a strategic partner to global sports fashion corporations like Puma, Nike, Hurley, and J.Lindeberg. Target to welcome international guess in a short period, Prosport’s R&D Center, originally an old factory campus, underwent rapid renovation to create a sporty fashion-style space. The transformation is subjected to complete within a tight 45-day timeline, all while ensuring the budget remained suitable for a Vietnamese business.
The project design concept was presented and convinced by GI to the customer within the first 3 days of work. Leveraging the existing factory’s features, GI’s architects ingeniously blended raw materials like concrete, wood, and antique bricks to create an energetic, open working space adorned with the distinctive colors of the Prosport brand. Within the subsequent 7 days, as the design development reached completion, the customer approved the implementation work due to its alignment with budget and operational criteria. Construction commenced on the 11th day following the initial client meeting, and precisely 33 days later, GI handed over the transformed site to the customer.

The successful completion of the project stands as a significant and esteemed milestone in Prosport’s future development objectives. The highest achievement for GI Contracting is earning the confidence and satisfaction of Prosport’s Board of Directors. In the realm of “turnkey” projects, success is only achieved through seamless collaboration, professionalism, precise computations to “Doing right at the first time”, and the harmonious blending of each team member’s skills. This synergy leads to outcomes that are aesthetically pleasing, high in quality, and timely.
