AON is a global leader in insurance services and consulting, offering a wide range of solutions for retirement and health risks. As a multinational enterprise, AON strives to maintain a consistent brand identity and workspace standard across its offices, while also respecting the local culture and context.

For the AON Hanoi office at HCO Melia building, GI’s design team created a space that reflects the company’s values of growth and dynamism. The design uses flowing lines to convey movement and progress, and balances the red color of the brand with green plants and neutral tones. The office also features an open relaxation area with an Indochine style, adding a touch of local charm to the professional environment. 

In addition to aesthetics, the project also addressed the sound issues that plagued the previous AON office. By using sound-absorbing materials and specialized solutions for doors and walls, GI Contracting ensured that both closed and open spaces have optimal sound quality and privacy. The result is a workspace that meets the needs and expectations of AON Vietnam.
